ABOUT ME

Between jobs and searching for direction, I found myself feeling that there was something more I was meant to be doing. 

 

It was in this space of uncertainty that I began meditating daily. Gradually, I experienced a profound inner shift. I began to feel a real sense of clarity and alignment, like I was finally on the path I was meant to follow. The stress and anxiety I had been carrying for years started to ease and I felt more grounded, calm and connected to myself.

 

That experience sparked a deep desire to share the benefits of meditation with others. I embarked on Meditation Teacher training and from there, my path truly began.​

 

Today I guide others on their journey inward. I help them to find stillness, clarity and purpose through simple, consistent practices.
