


ABOUT LISA DE JONG
During a time of transition, between jobs and searching for direction, I found myself feeling that there was something more I was meant to be doing, though I couldn’t yet see what that was.
It was in this space of uncertainty that I began meditating daily. Gradually, I experienced a profound inner shift. I began to feel a real sense of clarity and alignment, like I was finally on the path I was meant to follow. The stress and anxiety I had been carrying started to ease, and I felt more grounded, calm, and connected to myself.
That experience sparked something in me, a deep desire to share the benefits of meditation with others. I embarked on Meditation Teacher training, and from there, my path truly began.​
Today, I guide others on their own journeys inward, helping them find stillness, clarity, and purpose through simple, consistent practices.
